1. Product Returns:

1.1. You may return purchased products within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

1.2. Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and all accessories.

1.3. Damaged or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Class Enrollment Cancellation And Refund Policy:

2.1. To cancel enrollment in a class, notify us 21 days prior to the class date booking for a full refund.  14 days prior to the class date booking for 50% refund.

2.2. No refund will give for your cancellation before 7 days of the class date booking. IFA will replace with another new  date class for you just in case have     emergency and you cant attend the class in particular date.

3. Refund Process:

3.1. Once your return or cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

3.2. Refunds for products will be issued to the original payment method.

3.3. Refunds for classes will be processed based on our class cancellation policy.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

4.1. Downloadable products, customized items, and digital content are non-refundable.

5. Defective Products:

5.1. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
